Varieties of Colombian Coffee

Bourbon

A close relative of Typica, Bourbon offers complex flavors with sweet, fruity notes and a creamy body. Perfect for those seeking nuanced profiles in their coffee.

Castillo

Developed for resistance to coffee rust, Castillo retains high-quality flavor with bright acidity and citrusy, nutty undertones. Ideal for farms in challenging climates.

Caturra

A mutation of Bourbon, Caturra is known for its bright acidity and medium body with sweet, crisp notes of citrus and caramel.

Colombia Variety

A hybrid bred for disease resistance and flavor, this variety combines sweet and fruity flavors with a smooth, chocolatey finish.

Gesha (Geisha)

A rare and prized variety, Gesha is celebrated for its extraordinary floral and jasmine-like aroma, vibrant acidity, and tea-like body. A luxury option for coffee aficionados.

Maragogipe

Known as "elephant bean" coffee due to its large bean size, Maragogipe offers mild, complex flavors with floral and citrusy notes.

Tabi

A hybrid variety with excellent resistance and outstanding cup quality. Tabi coffee is bright and sweet, with notes of red berries and chocolate.

San Bernardo

This unique Colombian hybrid features vibrant fruitiness and balanced acidity, ideal for those seeking something distinctive and modern.
